Pursuant to Rule 9(B) of the Rules of Family Law Procedure, attorneys are allowed to represent clients for a limited purpose or issue. This means, in an effort to save costs, you can hire an attorney at De Blank & Toussaint for only the most important parts of your case. Some attorneys are hesitant to represent clients on a limited scope basis. However, at De Blank & Toussaint we believe that limited scope representation can empower a client to take control of their case and its outcome.
